The Spalding Radio, Electronics and Computer Rally will be held on 1st June 2008 at 

The Sir John Gleed Technology School , 
Halmer Gardens, 
Spalding, Lincs PE11 2EF.

Tables will be available inside the hall at £10 per unit, minimum size is six feet by two feet six inches.

The indoor area is fully booked, but we have plenty of room left outside - bring your own table if required!

Power is available free of charge if required and if you would like a particular position, (ie. against the wall etc), we will do our best to arrange it for you.
 All bookings for inside the hall will receive passes to admit two persons, or if more are required, up to a maximum of one pass per table may be requested when booking.

Outside the hall, there is plenty of space for "Car Boot" style spaces which are charged at £5 per ten by ten foot unit, please note that due to problems with collecting money at the gate, all visitors will be charged two pounds entrance fee, unless they have made prior arrangements and obtained a pass. This will be taken into account when pitch fees are collected later in the day. Pitches need not be booked prior to the day, but if they are booked and pre-paid a pass will be issued to admit one person for each 10 x 10 pitch. Please note children obviously under fifteen will be admitted free.

There is plenty of room for car parking, but space for disabled car
parking is more limited.

The rally will open at 10 am and Spalding & District A.R.S. members
will be on site from 7 am onwards.

A discount is offered for places booked and paid for by the end of April.
